What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support Linux/RHEL servers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve system alerts.
- Handle user accounts, passwords, permissions, and ACLs.
- Assist with server patching and security updates.
- Perform basic tasks using Ansible.
- Support services such as SSH, DNS, NFS, Apache and Nginx.
- Monitor backup jobs and escalate failures.
- Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
- Support Data Center, Wintel, Storage and Backup activities.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2 team.
Required Skills:
- Linux / RHEL
- Basic Linux troubleshooting
- Ansible
- Server monitoring
- Data Center / Infrastructure Support
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as L1 engineer
