Job highlights

• 2-3 years experience as L1 engineer with Linux/RHEL, Ansible, and Data Center support skills
• Monitor and support Linux/RHEL servers, perform troubleshooting, manage user accounts and ACLs, assist with patching, support SSH, DNS, NFS, Apache, Nginx, monitor backups, maintain documentation, and escalate complex issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support Linux/RHEL servers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve system alerts.
• Handle user accounts, passwords, permissions, and ACLs.
• Assist with server patching and security updates.
• Perform basic tasks using Ansible.
• Support services such as SSH, DNS, NFS, Apache and Nginx.
• Monitor backup jobs and escalate failures.
• Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
• Support Data Center, Wintel, Storage and Backup activities.
• Escalate complex issues to the L2 team.

Experience:
