Linux Application Support Consultant – Contract

Location: Remote across Poland

I’m supporting a healthcare technology team looking for three consultants to provide customer-facing support for their applications and Linux systems.

The role will involve:

• Responding to customer issues by phone, email and ticketing system

• Troubleshooting Linux server and healthcare application issues

• Triaging incidents and working with product and engineering teams to resolve more complex problems

• Keeping tickets and support documentation up to date

They’re looking for someone with:

• Hands-on Linux server support experience

• L1 or L2 application or technical support experience

• Confidence speaking directly with customers

• Experience with ticketing and incident management tools

Experience with healthcare applications, PACS, radiology, DICOM or HL7 would be a bonus.

Hours: Initially 8am–5pm UK time, moving to 12pm–9pm once trained, with weekend shifts on a rota.
