Linux Support (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application and technical support for enterprise applications.

• Monitor application health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.

• Troubleshoot application issues and perform basic root-cause analysis.

• Work with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications.

• Use Linux/Unix systems for application troubleshooting and operational activities.

• Perform basic SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.

• Work with Oracle and other relational databases as required.

• Analyze application logs and identify errors or performance issues.

• Collaborate with development, database, cloud, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.

• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and service management processes.

• Maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.

• Support application deployments and routine operational activities.

• Participate in incident resolution and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

• Follow established security, operational, and change-management procedures.

• Continuously improve application monitoring, troubleshooting, and support processes.
