Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator – Team Lead who will be responsible for Linux server administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux/RHEL servers in a production environment.

• Perform server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance.

• Handle system performance, availability, and security-related issues.

• Identify and resolve Linux server and infrastructure issues.

• Manage backups, updates, and routine system administration tasks.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.

• Guide and handle team members and monitor day-to-day activities.

• Maintain proper documentation of systems, incidents, and changes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration.

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat / RHEL.

• Server management and troubleshooting.

• System monitoring and maintenance.

• Good understanding of Linux commands and administration.

• Team handling / leadership experience.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Red Hat Certification is required/preferred.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Linux/System Administration.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
