We are looking for a Linux Systems Engineer with strong Linux and Windows Server administration experience to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers
• Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, and system implementation
• Execute backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure incidents
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
• Implement security hardening and server security best practices
• Support change management, operational support, and infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and secure operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Systems Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
• Experience with server security hardening (CIS hardening preferred)
• Knowledge of SSH, user account management, privilege control (sudoers), and password policies
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
• Familiarity with incident management, change management, and root cause analysis
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting

Nice to Have

• Experience with REAR (Relax-and-Recover)
• Bash or PowerShell scripting
• Experience with CCTV, PSIM, Access Control, or Security Systems
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and vulnerability remediation
