Drive patch compliance, SLAs, CRs & MIS reporting
Manage ManageEngine/patch tools, Patch Tuesday cycles, Linux Server
Lead team & handle customer escalations
Required Candidate profile
Ensure 24x7 shift continuity, MIS Reporting, Incident Management, Customer SPOC, UAT/DR/Production, Rollback & Recovery, Stakeholder Management
