The Liquid Cooling Testing Supervisor – Test Operations is responsible for leading daily server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11) functional test operations within the Liquid Cooling (LC) test environment.
This position provides direct supervision of technicians and test personnel while ensuring safe, efficient, and disciplined execution of test operations against established quality, productivity, throughput, and customer delivery requirements.
The Liquid Cooling Testing Supervisor has a strong technical focus on failure analysis, test-log interpretation, test-process discipline, yield improvement, and root-cause investigation. The position is responsible for identifying whether test failures are attributable to hardware, software, test scripts, test stations, or infrastructure, and for coordinating corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, Repair, and other cross-functional teams.
The role also supports liquid-cooling test infrastructure, including CDUs, manifolds, cold plates, quick disconnects, coolant loops, leak detection, and associated safety controls. Liquid-cooling-specific technical knowledge may be developed through company-provided internal certification training.
The supervisor owns shift execution in a 24/7 multi-shift manufacturing environment, including manpower planning, cross-training, technician development, test-floor readiness, KPI management, customer escalations, and recovery planning when output or yield targets are missed.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Operations Management
· Lead daily L10 server-level and L11 rack-level functional test operations within the Liquid Cooling test room.
· Ensure test operations meet daily production, quality, throughput, and customer delivery commitments.
