Liquid Manufacturing executive

Job Summary

We are looking for our client an experienced and result-oriented Liquid Manufacturing Executive to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant experience in liquid manufacturing operations and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, GMP requirements, documentation, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise day-to-day liquid manufacturing operations as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle manufacturing activities including syrups, oral liquids, suspensions, solutions, and other liquid dosage forms.
• Ensure proper dispensing, mixing, manufacturing, filtration, and transfer activities as per established procedures.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and ensure optimum machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.
• Review and maintain manufacturing documentation, logbooks, BMRs, and related records.
• Monitor production activities to ensure batches are manufactured within specified timelines and quality parameters.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth production operations.
• Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, process-related issues, and other abnormalities to the concerned department.
• Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance, and equipment changeover activities.
• Support investigations related to process deviations, batch failures, and other manufacturing issues.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical liquid manufacturing.
• Strong practical knowledge of liquid dosage-form manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, BMRs, and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Experience in handling liquid manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
