Responsibilities

• Cultivate seller opportunities through consistent outbound calling and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, past clients, and your sphere of influence.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into listing appointments.
• Conduct in-home listing consultations and present a compelling value proposition.
• Negotiate listing agreements and pricing strategies.
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and preparing their home for market.
• Manage a pipeline of active seller prospects in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the listing coordinator to ensure a seamless client experience from signed listing to closing.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers throughout the listing and transaction process.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, role play, and accountability meetings.
• Meet or exceed monthly listing appointment and listing agreement goals.
