Listing Agent

About the role

This role involves identifying and establishing relationships with property owners, collecting accurate property information, conducting surveys and inspections, and managing property listings across marketing platforms. You will coordinate with property owners on pricing and terms, arrange viewings with potential clients, and work with internal teams to ensure properties are ready for marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with villa, house, land, and other property owners
• Collect complete and accurate information about properties available for listing
• Conduct property surveys and inspections
• Ensure property information, including price, location, land/building size, facilities, legal status, and availability, is accurate and regularly updated
• Coordinate with property owners regarding pricing, terms and conditions, and commission arrangements
• Arrange property viewings with potential clients
• Upload and update property listings across the company's marketing platforms
• Coordinate with the Sales, Admin, and Photographer/Videographer teams to ensure each property is ready for marketing
• Maintain good relationships with property owners
• Follow up with property owners and keep the property database up to date

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Property Agent, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar position is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive in finding and building relationships with property owners
• Knowledge of the Bali property market is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and able to collect and manage property information accurately
• Target-oriented and results-driven
• Good English communication skills are preferred
• Having a valid driving license and personal vehicle is an advantage
