Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing property listings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transactions for property owners.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage property listings for sale and rent.
• Advertise and promote properties through various marketing channels.
• Coordinate property viewings and handle inquiries from potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between owners and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate, preferably in listing properties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Fluent in Arabic & English, with MS Office skills.
