Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing & Operations Specialist to manage product listings, ensure accurate inventory tracking, streamline operations, and support overall e-commerce business growth. This role requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Listing Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
• Manage product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, attributes, and category-specific requirements.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve listing visibility and conversion.
• Ensure listings follow marketplace SEO guidelines and content policies.
• Manage product variations, parent-child relationships, bundles, and catalog corrections.
• Coordinate A+ Content, Brand Store, Enhanced Content, and infographic requirements with internal creative teams.
• Perform listing audits to identify content gaps, compliance issues, and optimization opportunities.

Marketplace Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations including inventory monitoring, pricing updates, and catalog health.
• Track and resolve listing suppression, stranded inventory, policy violations, and account health issues.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with clients for stock updates.
• Support marketplace compliance requirements including documentation, certifications, and category-specific regulations.
• Manage cases with marketplace support teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor order-related issues, fulfillment performance, cancellations, and customer experience metrics.
• Maintain operational trackers and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

Client & Team Coordination

• Work closely with Client Success Managers, Advertising Teams, Creative Teams, and Clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable marketplace tasks.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and status updates.
• Maintain documentation of marketplace processes and account activities.
• Communicate proactively regarding risks, delays, and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central or other marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of Amazon listing creation, optimization, and catalog management.
• Experience with marketplace backend operations and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Amazon policies, SEO practices, and marketplace compliance.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with international marketplaces (US, UK, Canada, EU).
• Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Seller Central tools.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Keepa, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing multiple brands or categories.
• Understanding of marketplace advertising fundamentals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
