Litho Colour Print Operator (Continental Shift)

Role Title: Litho Colour Print Operator

Responsible to: Litho Manager

Responsible for: No current Line Management responsibilities or direct reports

Hours: 42-hour average working week (averaged over a year of rota working), Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Working hours: Day 05:45 to 18:00 and Night 17:45 to 06:00

Role Overview: As an experienced Machine Minder, you will be one of the lead operators on the XL Press producing high quality printed colour work for onward finishing within the Page Bros Production Department.

You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are finished within set deadlines for despatch, maintain the press to a high standard, maintain the company's quality control procedures, identifying any non-conforming goods and keeping your work area clean and tidy.

You will be able to work methodically and have excellent problem solving skills. In time and with appropriate development and training, become the 'go-to person' to train and advise others in your specialist knowledge.
