Litho Process Senior Engineer（J18173）

Responsibilities:

1. Problem Solving and Risk Management;

• Respond quickly to anomalies (such as defects, equipment failures) in the lithography process and organize the team to investigate the root cause;

• Establish preventive measures to reduce process risks.

2. Process optimization and risk management and control;

• Lead lithography process improvement projects (such as exposure parameter optimization, defect rate reduction), analyze data (CD uniformity, overlay accuracy), and drive solutions;

• Identify project risks (such as equipment delivery delays, unstable processes), and develop contingency plans (backup equipment scheduling, process parameter backup plans);

3. XFN collaboration and communication;

As the core interface, coordinate with the production and quality departments to ensure that technical objectives are aligned with production requirements (e.g., verification of the introduction of new photoresist materials).

• Regularly report project progress to management using data visualization tools (such as yield trend charts, Gantt Charts).

4. Delivery and Standardization;

• Ensure the implementation of project outcomes (such as the introduction of new processes into mass production and the achievement of yield improvement targets).

• Promote experience accumulation and establish standardized processes (such as lithography process debugging templates).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as microelectronics, materials, chemical engineering, etc.

2. Over 3 years of experience in semiconductor lithography process, having led projects on lithography process improvement or equipment introduction;

3. Proficient in understanding the impact of core parameters of lithography process (NA numerical aperture, DOF depth of focus, OVL overlay accuracy) on yield;

4. Proficient in data analysis tools (such as JMP, Excel), able to independently analyze yield issues.
