About Baker & DiSalvo

Baker & DiSalvo Personal Injury Lawyers is a growing Florida-based personal injury law firm committed to providing exceptional representation and service to our clients. We are looking for talented professionals who are driven, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing organization.

Position Overview

Baker & DiSalvo is seeking an experienced Litify Administrator-Developer to serve as the firm's primary subject-matter expert for Litify and its underlying Salesforce platform.

This is a hands-on technical role that combines Litify administration, Salesforce development, system optimization, workflow management, troubleshooting, and employee training. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on Litify experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to understand how technology supports the day-to-day operations of a personal injury law firm.

Litify experience is required. We are specifically seeking someone who understands how Litify functions within a legal environment and how system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflow changes can impact attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other employees who rely on the platform every day.

Responsibilities Litify Administration & Development

  • Serve as the firm's primary administrator, technical expert, and point of contact for Litify
  • Configure, customize, maintain, and optimize Litify and its underlying Salesforce platform
  • Develop and implement new functionality, automations, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Litify, Salesforce, and related software issues
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs, technical issues, and system errors
  • Evaluate the potential impact of system changes on existing workflows and processes before implementation
  • Translate business and legal workflow requirements into practical system configurations and technical solutions
  • Manage user access, permissions, data integrity, reports, dashboards, and system security
  • Test, implement, and deploy system changes while minimizing disruption to daily operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, custom development, integrations, workflows, and processes
  • Work directly with Litify, Salesforce, and third-party vendors when additional technical support is required
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the firm's use of Litify

Firm-Wide Litify Training & Support

  • Serve as the firm's primary Litify trainer and internal subject-matter expert
  • Conduct Litify training for all employees, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff
  • Develop and maintain Litify training materials, guides, tutorials, and standard operating procedures
  • Provide Litify training as part of the firm's new-hire onboarding process
  • Conduct refresher training and additional training when new features, workflows, or processes are introduced
  • Provide one-on-one and group training based on employee and department needs
  • Translate technical Litify functionality into clear, easy-to-understand instructions for employees with varying levels of technical experience
  • Serve as the primary resource for employee questions regarding Litify functionality, workflows, and best practices
  • Identify recurring user issues or training gaps and develop solutions to improve employee understanding and system adoption
  • Communicate Litify updates, process changes, and best practices to employees
  • Help ensure consistent Litify processes and best practices are followed across all firm offices
  • Partner with leadership and department managers to identify opportunities to improve workflows through training, system enhancements, and automation

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, intake teams, and leadership to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze existing legal and case-management workflows and recommend technology-based solutions
  • Consider the impact of system changes on interconnected workflows, tasks, reporting, and users before implementation
  • Assist with firm-wide technology initiatives and projects involving Litify, Salesforce, and related systems
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the firm's case-management processes and how they interact with Litify
  • Support the continued growth and development of the firm's Litify environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Hands-on Litify experience — REQUIRED
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience developing, configuring, and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with software development, programming, debugging, or system customization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization
  • Demonstrated ability to understand how system changes can affect interconnected workflows and users
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical employees
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a law firm or legal environment, particularly personal injury
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience with data migration, data management, and data integrity
  • Experience with Git, deployment tools, or CI/CD processes
  • Experience developing or delivering employee training
  • Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, or standard operating procedures

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is more than a Salesforce administrator or developer. You understand Litify, technology, legal workflows, and the people who use the system every day.

You are naturally curious, highly analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of complex technical issues from beginning to end. You take the time to understand the “why” behind a workflow before changing the “how,” and you carefully consider how system changes may affect attorneys and legal staff before implementing a solution.

You are also a strong communicator and teacher. Whether you are troubleshooting an issue for an employee, training a new hire, implementing a new workflow, or explaining a technical change to leadership, you can make complex concepts easy to understand.

The right person will become the firm's go-to resource for Litify—someone employees can rely on for training, troubleshooting, process improvement, and finding better ways to use the system.
