LITIGASI DEPARTMENT HEAD

Responsible for managing and overseeing all of the Company’s litigation matters, including civil and criminal cases, to protect the Company’s legal interests, minimize legal risks, and support collection, recovery, and asset protection activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee civil & criminal litigation cases.
• Represent and act on behalf of the Company in court proceedings and other legal processes.
• Develop litigation strategies and monitor cases from legal action through court proceedings and execution.
• Manage and coordinate external lawyers/law firms, including case strategy and performance.
• Provide legal support to Collection, Recovery, and business units.
• Identify legal risks and provide legal advice to Management.
• Prepare litigation reports, case monitoring, and recovery analysis.
• Lead and develop the Litigation team.

Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Law
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Legal/Litigation, preferably in multifinance, banking, or financial services.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Experienced and capable of handling court proceedings independently , including civil and criminal cases.
• Strong experience in wanprestasi, financing disputes, collateral execution, and recovery.
• Active Advocate License (PERADI) and experience appearing in court are highly preferred.
• Experienced in managing external lawyers/law firms.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
