Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

A bit about us: Mid-sized, highly regarded New York City Real Estate Law Firm, is seeking a Litigation Assistant with 3 + years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Litigation experience. This law firm works with developers, REITs, landlords, property managers and co-ops and are known for their strong advocacy and collaborative culture! Who they really need for this role is someone who has had experience with holdover and non-payment experience within real estate.

Job Details Requirements:

• 3+ years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Litigation experience
• Experience with holdover and non-payment experience within real estate law
• Experience with holdover/housing practice and filing through NYSCEF
• Experience filing, prepping and serving predicate notes and exposure to commencement cases is a MUST!
• If you have residential landlord-tenant litigation experience, that's a plus!
