Litigation Associate Attorney

• State-wide civil litigation firm is seeking an associate with six years of civil litigation experience.
• Our practice focuses on high-value Plaintiff's cases, commercial litigation, products liability, and insurance and warranty defense.
• We're looking for a motivated lawyer that enjoys being a trial advocates and a varied civil practice.
• We are looking for drive and talent - salary and benefits very competitive.
• Responsibilities include what you would expect: taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings and mediations statewide, and assisting with large plaintiff's cases.
• We will give you autonomy and the ability to develop as a trial lawyer, with mentorship along the way.
• Strong research and writing skills mandatory.
• Florida Bar Member in Good Standing
• Ability to take strategic direction and implement autonomously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
