Mid-Level Litigation Associate (Creditors' Rights & Enforcement)

Our client, a respected New York law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its expanding Creditors' Rights & Enforcement practice. This is an excellent opportunity to represent institutional lenders, financial institutions, and investors in sophisticated enforcement and recovery matters while assuming significant responsibility, gaining direct client exposure, and receiving strong mentorship.

Representative Matters

• Residential and commercial foreclosure litigation
• Commercial collection actions
• Mortgage enforcement
• Loan workouts and restructurings
• UCC Article 9 remedies
• Related commercial litigation

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of litigation experience
• Strong New York State court experience
• Experience with foreclosure, creditors' rights, or secured lending matters
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Experience with loan workouts, Article 9 remedies, commercial lending disputes, or distressed asset matters is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary of $235,000 to $250,000 , plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
