Litigation Associate

We are assisting our client, a local boutique law firm, with a search for a Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity offers the chance to handle sophisticated litigation while being mentored by highly respected attorneys who are committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs
• Collaborate with litigation team in developing litigation strategies
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Manage cases focused on product liability, premises liability, general liability, and automobile/trucking litigation

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
• 3+ years' experience in general litigation and/or insurance defense litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
