Litigation Associate

We are working with a highly regarded San Francisco law firm seeking a junior Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated litigation practice.

This is a great opportunity for a junior associate looking for substantive responsibility, varied high-level matters, and the chance to develop as a well-rounded litigator in a collaborative environment.

The practice spans complex commercial litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, trust and contract disputes, and intellectual property matters. Candidates should have strong litigation experience and exceptional research and writing skills.

Compensation :

The estimated base salary range for this role is $237,000+. Final base salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• 2+ years of litigation experience

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials

• Active California Bar admission (required)

• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

• A proactive, team-oriented approach
