Litigation Associate

About the Practice

Remote People is partnering with a large, respected AmLaw 100 law firm to find a Litigation Associate for its high-profile Boston litigation team. The group is known for resourceful strategy, strong advocacy, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate work.

What You'll Do

• Handle complex litigation matters from pretrial through trial and appeal
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and other litigation documents
• Manage document production and discovery processes
• Support practice growth through business development activities, including contributing to articles and speaking engagements
• Collaborate closely with senior litigators on case strategy

What You Bring

• J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
• 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
• Judicial clerkship experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong professionalism with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Schedule: Hybrid

Compensation: $310,000–$365,000; bonus-eligible; comprehensive benefits package
