Litigation Associate

About the role

Litigation Associate Lawyer position within a boutique law firm with a team of Foreign and Thai Legal professionals. The role involves managing existing and new litigation matters. You will work under the supervision of the Thai Litigation partner. The clients are mostly foreign companies and foreign clients.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients at Civil, Criminal and Family Courts

• Prepare legal opinions and memorandums

• Design legal strategies for the success of litigation

• Meet clients at the office or via Zoom calls

• Conduct legal research

• Participate in mediations and negotiations

• Prepare and submit bails and appeals

• Attend meetings with public officers

• Conduct due diligence and investigations

About you

• Bachelor of Law or higher

• Lawyer License at Lawyer Council of Thailand

• Experience and capability in preparing legal reports, legal opinions, and due diligence reports

• Capable of liaising and coordinating with government authorities and other relevant public agencies

• Previous experience in international law firm or consulting firm is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented professional

• Good communication skills and relationship-building skills

• Able to work independently and complete assignments within deadline
