🚨 Litigation Associate Attorney | Dallas, TX | 100% REMOTE | Up to $180K Base

We’re working with a growing law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build on their litigation experience while working remotely from anywhere in Texas.

About the Role:

• Position: Litigation Associate Attorney
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Work Arrangement: 100% REMOTE
• Experience: 1–7 years of litigation experience
• Billable Requirement: 1,900 hours annually

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Handle written discovery, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
• Assist with settlement negotiations and trial preparation
• Develop case strategies and independently manage assigned matters

• Construction Defect / Construction Litigation
• Trucking & Transportation Litigation
• Commercial or Civil Litigation

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
