Litigation Associate

Principle Recruiting is partnering with a leading global law firm to find a mid-level Litigation Associate for its fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley.

No tech litigation background required: strong commercial litigators with a real interest in technology are encouraged to apply. Experience with trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies is a plus but not a requirement.

What they’re looking for:

• 3–7 years of law firm litigation experience; clerkship experience is a plus
• Strong complex commercial litigation experience with a real interest or experience in technology; a tech litigation background is not required
• Experience with trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies is a plus
• Excellent writing, advocacy and analytical skills
• A strong academic record and polished communication skills
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
