An AM Law 100 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of complex litigation experience to join its high‑profile team in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco . This group handles sophisticated commercial disputes with an emphasis on strategic advocacy, industry insight, and trial‑ready preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters, including legal research, brief‑writing, document production, and discovery .
• Draft motions, manage case strategy, and support trial preparation across commercial litigation matters.
• Collaborate with team members and attorneys across multiple disciplines to meet client objectives.
• Participate in thought leadership, including articles, speaking engagements, and client development activities .
• Work approximately 60% onsite , following firm‑wide hybrid guidelines.

Key Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar .
• 3+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
