Litigation Associate/Partner

Our growing medical and professional malpractice defense practice is seeking both a Mid-Level Litigation Associate and an experienced Trial Attorney.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful courtroom experience, sophisticated litigation exposure, and a long-term path for professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Handle medical and professional malpractice defense matters from inception through trial.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Work closely with partners while taking increasing ownership of cases.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience and trial experience
• First-chair medical malpractice trial experience strongly preferred.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Motivated attorney who is eager to develop litigation and trial skills.
• Strong courtroom presence, advocacy, and case strategy skills.
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated malpractice matters.
