About This Position McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction, bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation, for our Philadelphia, PA office. Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception to resolution.
• Ability to interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, draft motions and pleadings, and assist with and/or take and defend depositions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
