We are seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to assist in all phases of litigation.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions and court hearings.
• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to cases.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and interrogatories.
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• Maintain client communications and provide regular updates on case progress.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Prepare legal correspondence and maintain thorough case files.
• Attend client meetings and provide legal advice.
• Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3 years post-call experience in litigation and corporate/commercial practice from a recognised firm or organisation.
• Strong writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail.
