Litigation Associate (Attorney)

We have clients in need of sharp attorneys who want real, hands-on experience. This is an opportunity to work on truly interesting and impactful cases in a range of matters, including: real estate, complex commercial cases, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, and contract and intellectual property disputes, etc. These roles are available in northern and southern California.

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of litigation experience.
• Deposition and motion practice experience, including drafting pleadings/motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing deadlines and case schedules.
• Superior legal research and writing skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Draft compelling motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with and learn from a team of seasoned litigators.
• Work closely with clients and build strong, professional relationships.
