The Position:

Rehmani & Associates is seeking a licensed in California, Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience as a law clerk or new attorney.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing probate proceedings from beginning to end in support of Senior Partner.
• Managing trust administration proceedings from beginning to end in support of Senior Partner.
• Managing Probate and Trust Litigation proceedings from beginning to end in support of Senior Partner.
• Managing Conservatorship cases from beginning to end in support of Senior Partner.
• Maintain billable hour requirements
• Potential for hybrid work schedule after probationary period of 3 months
• Leading and working collaboratively with team members

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Strong work ethic, drive, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small-team environment
• Experience in managing other legal assistants and paralegals

Preferred Qualifications:

• New Attorney with law clerk experience or Attorney with 1 year experience.
• Experience with court hearings and court system
• Experience in trust administration, Conservatorship, Estate Planning and probate, Litigation a bonus
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Solid command of English including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form, and style
• Ability to work independently and on a team

Pay: $106,200.00 - $120,000.00 per year
