Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and ensure compliance with statutory laws
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, depositions, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity
• Prepare for court depositions by developing questions, coordinating witnesses, and analyzing evidence to strengthen case positions
• Represent clients in court proceedings across various practice areas such as personal injury law, employment law, family law, landlord-tenant disputes, securities law, environmental law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, immigration law, estate planning, and general & commercial litigation
• Engage in effective client communication to keep clients informed about case developments and legal options while providing sound legal counsel
• Negotiate settlements confidently by leveraging strong legal negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professional integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools
• Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal
  Operations, Practice Management, or Legal Technology

Preferred:

• Experience practicing law within a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience designing training programs for legal professionals
• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience

• Proven experience in handling personal injury cases with a solid understanding of personal injury law principles
• Demonstrated expertise in general & commercial litigation along with employment law case experience
• Familiarity with procedural law knowledge necessary for managing complex litigation processes efficiently
• Experience conducting court depositions and preparing trial materials to support litigation efforts
• Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms for statutory legal research and case law analysis
• Prior law office experience involving legal case management systems and administrative responsibilities
• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through drafting legal motions, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents with clarity and professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel in high-pressure situations

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
