Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Overland Park, Kansas office. This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer who wants to advance and deepen their litigation expertise in a collegial and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience , ideally with a background and/or interest in insurance defense, healthcare negligence defense, or civil litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience in handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials - or strong motivation to learn to do so from seasoned litigators
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Admitted to practice in Kansas or Missouri, and eligible to be admitted in both states [FOR WICHITA: Admitted to practice in Kansas, and eligible to be admitted in Missouri]
