We punch above our weight in handling sophisticated, high-stakes real estate and business disputes around the Bay Area and across the State of California. We provide small firm service and attention with big firm niche expertise, technology, and trial experience.

We are looking for one or two full-time attorneys to join our team, each with at least 3 years of California litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• ability to independently manage appropriately sized cases from inception through trial
• deposition experience and training
• strong teamwork and collaboration
