Position: Litigation Attorney

Location: Boston, MA

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (US Citizens/Green Card Holders).

Position Type: Full Time/Permanent/Direct Hire - Onsite

Active Massachusetts Bar license

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research using Lexis.

Draft and manage discovery.

Conduct depositions and assist with trial preparation.

Argue motions and represent clients at court conferences.

Requirements:

4–6 years of litigation experience, including courtroom experience.

Active Massachusetts Bar license in good standing.

Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
