Litigation Attorney

Our Orange County office is seeking a Litigation Attorney with four or more years of sophisticated law firm practice and civil litigation experience in California courts. Experience in financial services litigation, commercial/contract disputes, and/or consumer litigation is a plus. This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package. All submissions should include a cover letter and resume (no phone inquiries please).

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant law firm experience
• Civil litigation experience in California courts
• Experience in financial services litigation, commercial/contract disputes and/or consumer claims is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills

The expected salary range in California for this role is $210,000 – $245,000. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
