Litigation Attorney

Bachus & Schanker has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced personal injury Attorney to join our successful and dynamic litigation team. We are an established and growing personal injury firm that handles wrongful death, catastrophic injury and medical malpractice cases. You will help the injured and their families navigate the civil justice system. We consistently give back to the community every year through our Cares Foundation, and we tied for the CTLA's Case of the Year Award in 2025.

We have opportunities in Denver, Aurora, Grand Junction, Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. The successful attorney will handle a caseload of approximately 25 cases from the start of litigation through trial, and will have a full-time paralegal assigned to you and will be responsible for supervision of your paralegal.

Qualifications :

• Active licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado .
• 2+ plus years of personal injury civil litigation experience.
• Well versed in the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience taking depositions of witnesses and experts, and preparing and responding to written discovery, drafting motions.
• A passion to go to court and fight for your clients.

We offer a generous compensation package that includes a strong base salary and commission structure with the opportunity to earn a salary of $150,000 to $250,000+.
