Now Hiring: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Well-established personal injury firm that's looking for a seasoned litigator to run cases from file to verdict. If you love being in the courtroom and want real support behind you, this one's worth a look.

Location: Dallas Texas

Compensation: $150,000 to $225,000 base plus a monthly bonus tied to attorney fees collected

What you'll be doing

• Owning a full PI litigation caseload from filing through trial

• Drafting discovery, taking depositions, and trying cases

• Handling pre litigation case management and negotiations

• Working regularly with clients, adjusters, staff, and opposing counsel

• Building your expertise in trucking and commercial motor vehicle cases, with support toward board certification in truck accident law

What they're looking for

• JD from an ABA accredited law school

• Active Texas bar license in good standing

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable with Westlaw and Lexis

• Someone who can work independently, collaborate well with a team, and own the results

• Trial experience preferred

• Commercial and trucking litigation experience is a big plus
