Litigation Attorney

The Work Justice Firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of employees. We are looking for a litigation attorney to join our firm’s plaintiff-side employment practice. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding plaintiff firm with over a dozen attorneys. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and room for growth. We are open to candidates with between 1 and 10 years litigation experience.

Requirements:

• active CA bar license;

• experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;

• ability to manage a large caseload;

• ability to handle cases independently;

• effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;

• strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and

• strong academic credentials
