Litigation Attorney

Overview

Join our litigation team and move cases forward with clear analysis, persuasive advocacy, and responsive client service. You’ll handle matters from early case assessment through resolution, applying sound judgment across a varied legal practice.

Duties

• Manage general and commercial litigation, including personal injury and employment law cases.
• Conduct legal and statutory research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other appropriate resources; analyze procedural law and develop case strategies.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; prepare for trials and court depositions.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel, communicate with clients, and provide practical legal counsel.
• Maintain organized case files and deadlines using effective legal case management and administrative practices.

Experience

• Required: Law office experience, strong legal writing and research skills, legal drafting, negotiation, client communication, and legal advocacy.
• Experience with litigation, trial preparation, legal motion preparation, and personal injury or employment law cases is valuable.
• Familiarity with estate planning, environmental, immigration, landlord-tenant, family, securities, workers’ compensation, tribal, or patent law is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general and commercial litigation, procedural law, court depositions, and legal case management is preferred.

Pay: $94,600.00 - $115,000.00 per year
