Republican Jobs is leading the search for an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience, particularly in class actions and complex motion practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team focused on complex litigation matters.

Job Duties:

• Develop legal strategies in complex litigation matters, including class actions
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and substantive legal motions
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings
• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of litigation experience, including class action and motion practice
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong experience drafting motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment)
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• ERISA or employee benefits experience is a plus, but not required

Salary: $100k–$180k+ based on experience, plus benefits
