Job Details

First-party property coverage analysis and defense for insurer clients, spanning coverage opinion work and litigation defense against insureds.

• Draft coverage opinions for insurer clients on first-party property claims
• Defend insurers in lawsuits filed by insureds
• Analyze policy language and claims to advise on coverage positions
• Support subrogation actions on behalf of insurer clients
• Coordinate with insurer claims teams and adjusters on active matters

Looking for:

• California Bar admission, active and in good standing
• 2+ years of insurance coverage and first-party property experience
• Associate through junior partner welcomed

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:

• First-party property coverage
