Salary: $140,000 to $170,000

I’m currently recruiting for a Creditor Rights / Debt Collections Attorney opportunity with a specialized Kansas City law practice representing creditors across Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.

This is a small-team environment where attorneys work directly with clients and have meaningful involvement throughout the life of their matters. The practice has decades of combined creditor-representation experience and handles consumer and commercial collections, bankruptcy claims, probate claims, tax sales, and related creditor matters.

The attorney will have the opportunity to work on matters involving:

• Consumer Collections
• Commercial Collections
• Creditor Rights
• Bankruptcy Claims
• Judgment Enforcement
• Probate Claims
• Tax Sales
• Contract and collection disputes
• Related creditor litigation

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of legal experience
• Missouri Bar admission preferred
• Experience in creditor rights, collections, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, or related litigation is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 to $170,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
