Salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year

We serve as counsel to insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, handling complex civil litigation from inception through trial. Our platform gives attorneys direct access to sophisticated insurer relationships and a national book of business rarely available outside larger markets.

Job Details This role handles complex civil litigation defense for insurer and corporate clients, spanning discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Handle motion practice on active matters
• Prepare cases for trial
• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

Looking for:

• Texas Bar admission, active and in good standing
• Experience handling complex civil litigation matters

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:

• Insurance defense
• Civil litigation
• Casualty defense
• General liability, premises liability
• Commercial litigation
