Litigation Attorney - UGC Platforms

FLEX by Fenwick is a client service offering of Fenwick & West LLP that places experienced attorneys on interim in-house counsel engagements. With FLEX, you set the parameters of the types of engagements you would like to hear about. We present those opportunities to you, and then you tell us whether you want to be considered for the position.

Because of our affiliation with Fenwick, FLEX lawyers have access to unparalleled interim opportunities with the hottest startups and emerging companies, in addition to public companies and household names. We take the time to fully understand each attorney’s practice, depth of experience, and advising style to make sure they are perfectly positioned to be deployed into interesting and engaging projects. The FLEX model allows our attorneys to obtain work/life balance and career growth, whereas far too often in the legal industry one comes at the expense of the other.

We are currently seeking attorneys with litigation experience, ideally with expertise working with online platforms and handling matters involving user-generated content. Experience handling these matters at a top law firm, in addition to in-house experience, is ideal.

You can learn more about FLEX at flex.fenwick.com. If your experience is a fit for our current client needs, we will contact you. We hope to hear from you soon!
