Litigation Clerk

1. Assist in preparing cause papers, correspondence, notices and other litigation documents.
2. Maintain proper documentation and filing of litigation matters, including updating diaries and monitoring due dates.
3. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the supervising lawyer.
4. Assist the Senior Lawyer with day-to-day litigation-related work.
5. Handle and maintain litigation files, particularly matters relating to banking litigation.
6. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in litigation or a related legal field.
2. Strong team player with excellent teamwork and team spirit.
3. Able to work well with colleagues, cooperate effectively with the team, and contribute positively to a harmonious working environment.
4. Willing to assist and support other team members when necessary.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Meticulous, responsible, positive and diligent in carrying out assigned tasks.
7. Punctual, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
8. Candidates with experience in banking litigation will be an advantage.
   Able to work independently while maintaining good coordination with the team.
