About the Opportunity
A Vancouver litigation practice is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its litigation lawyers with a busy and varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and file pleadings, affidavits, and other litigation documents
• Manage litigation deadlines, court filing procedures, and document production
• Coordinate examinations for discovery, mediations, and trial preparation logistics
• Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, and clients
• Provide general administrative support to assigned lawyers

Qualifications

• Legal Administrative Assistant certificate or equivalent experience
• Intermediate-level litigation support experience
• Strong knowledge of BC court rules and civil procedure
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
