Litigation Lawyer
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in litigation
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong passion and keen interest in pursuing a career in litigation law
Job Description: Litigation Lawyer
- Assisting Partners, acting and representing clients in courts and arbitral tribunal in all types of litigation matters/cases
- Providing legal advice, opinion and comments on all legal matters
- Drafting and preparing all agreements and letters in connection with litigation matters such as settlement agreement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English languages
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, work both independently and as part of our team
Having lawyer license
