About the role

Soengkar & Partners Law Firm' is seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Jakarta Selatan office. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality legal representation to our clients, specializing in the areas of litigation and conflict resolution.

What you'll be doing

• Representing clients in court proceedings, including preparing and presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and negotiating settlements
• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to build robust cases
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• A law degree
• Having Advocate License/BAS & KTA (Main Requirement)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably in a leading law firm or in-house legal department
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• A personable manner, ability to work well in a team
